45 Hour Broker Post License Requirement Bundle

The 45 Hour Broker Post License requirement is composed of three, 15-hour courses and must be completed for your first renewal. This self-paced bundle includes the three courses needed to satisfy the Broker Post License requirement:

• Part 1: Transactional Issues – 15 Hours
• Part 2: Risk Management/Discipline – 15 Hours
• Part 3: Applied Broker Principles – 15 Hours

Please Note: This bundle is for post-license education, which is the education that Illinois-licensed brokers must complete for the first renewal of their license. If you do not hold an active Illinois broker's license, do not enroll in this course bundle.

After completing each required course, you must pass a 50-question final exam with a score of 75% or above to receive credit for the course per state law. You must pass three final exams in total to satisfy the requirement.

NOTE: After you complete Part 2, you will have satisfied the sexual harassment prevention training requirement.
