This class focuses on the application and analysis of the license law in real life situations.  It reinforces legal concepts using scenarios. Students are provided with the knowledge and skills necessary to protect consumers, enhance the professionalism of the real estate brokerage industry, and prevent violations of the Real Estate License Act of 2000. Through familiarity with license law and associated statutes, the licensee is able to create an understanding of the implementation of license law in their own work.
