New Member Code of Ethics | Self-Paced V.2026

All members applying for REALTOR® membership for the first time OR reinstating membership after being inactive for more than 1 year are required to complete a New Member Code of Ethics training within their first 120 days of membership. After your New Member training, a renewal training on the Code of Ethics will be required every 3 years. This is referred to as your triennial Code of Ethics training.

• Enforcement and Procedural Process of Complaints
• Overview of all 17 Articles in the Code of Ethics
• Case Studies and Practical Application
