The 45 Hour Broker Post License requirement is composed of three, 15-hour courses and must be completed for your first renewal. This self-paced bundle includes the three courses needed to satisfy the Broker Post License requirement: Part 1: Transactional Issues – 15 Hours Part 2: Risk Management/Discipline – 15 Hours Part 3: Applied Broker Principles – 15 Hours   After completing each required course, you must pass a 50-question final exam with a score of 75% or above to receive credit for the course per state law.
